Passpaw
A website for ordering official pet health certificates online, with a three-step process explained in illustration and an order route from the first screen.
Brief
Passpaw issues the health certificates a pet needs to travel abroad. The site had one job: explain a bureaucratic service in three plain steps and get a worried owner to the order form without a detour.
The page leads with the promise and the price, then walks through the three steps, tell us where you are going, upload the vaccination record, we visit and deliver, each drawn as a small scene rather than an icon. A gallery of owners’ pets and a map of the areas served close the page, so the last thing a visitor sees is proof the service is real and near them.
